Politique de remboursement
We take care to ensure that OH MY BLOCK products are supplied in accordance with the standards and descriptions presented on our website. This policy sets out the terms that apply to returns, cancellations and refunds for orders placed through our website.
This policy does not create any additional commercial right to return or refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
Return Requests
Any request relating to an order should be sent to:
info@ohmyblock.com
Please include your order number and any information reasonably required for us to process your request.
Where a return is applicable, we will provide you with the relevant return instructions and return address.
Please do not send any product back before receiving these instructions, so that your return can be properly identified and processed.
Condition of Returned Products
Products must be kept with reasonable care while they are in your possession.
You may inspect a product only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where permitted by law, we may make a deduction from any refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
We recommend retaining the original packaging and, where reasonably possible, returning the product with its original packaging, accessories and any other items supplied with it.
Return Costs
Where a return is made following the exercise of your statutory right to cancel, the direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility, where permitted by applicable law.
This does not apply where OH MY BLOCK is legally required to cover the cost of return, including in certain circumstances where a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract.
Statutory Right to Cancel
For orders to which the UK statutory right to cancel applies, you have the period prescribed by applicable law in which to notify us of your decision to cancel your purchase.
For most goods purchased online, this period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
Once you have notified us of your decision within the applicable period, the product must be returned within the statutory timeframe, which is generally a further 14 days.
To exercise this right, you must provide us with a clear statement communicating your decision to cancel the contract at:
info@ohmyblock.com
The exercise of this right is subject to the conditions and exceptions provided under applicable UK law.
Refunds Following Cancellation
Where a valid cancellation is exercised in accordance with your statutory rights, we will refund the amounts that we are legally required to reimburse.
Where applicable, this includes the original delivery charge up to the cost of our standard delivery method. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, any additional amount paid above the cost of standard delivery will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide sufficient evidence that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable law and, unless otherwise agreed, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Products
The cancellation provisions above are separate from your statutory rights in relation to faulty or non-conforming products.
If you believe that you have received a product that is damaged, faulty or does not match your order, please contact us at info@ohmyblock.com, quoting your order number and providing a description of the issue.
We may ask you to provide photographs or other information reasonably necessary to identify the issue and process your request.
Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Exceptions
Certain products or contracts may be excluded from the statutory right to cancel where the conditions set out under UK law are met.
This may include, among others, certain products that are:
- made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery; or
- otherwise covered by an applicable statutory exception.
Any exception will only be applied where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
Digital Content
Specific rules apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.
Where you request that the supply of digital content begins during the statutory cancellation period, your right to cancel may be lost once supply has begun, provided that the consent and acknowledgement required under applicable UK law have been properly obtained.
Any statutory rights relating to digital content that is faulty or does not conform to the contract remain unaffected.
No Voluntary Money-Back Guarantee
OH MY BLOCK does not offer a voluntary “satisfaction guarantee” or “money-back guarantee”, nor any general contractual right to return a product beyond the rights provided under this policy and applicable law.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
